**Adoption Pending**

Willow is a female 9-month old long-haired gray tabby with an enormous fluffy tail!  Willow was one of four kittens pulled from a Henrico shelter in September, along with her sister Ash, who is also available for adoption.  Shortly after being pulled, all four became very sick with pneumonia and had to be nursed back to health by their foster caregiver, but they are thriving now!

Since Willow was not socialized as a young kitten, she is still shy around new people, but she enjoys being scratched on her back and is warming up to people quite nicely now.   She loves to perch high on her cat tree to keep a watchful eye on the birds and squirrels in the backyard.  The laser pointer is by far her favorite toy, and she will chase it for long periods of time, completely forgetting her shyness!  With a little patience and TLC, Willow’s confidence will continue to grow, and she’ll make a very sweet (and gorgeous!) addition to your family.
