Whiskers
Whiskers is a six month old neutered male black and gray tabby. He was found on the side of the road. He was five months old and only weighed three pounds. You could see and feel all of his bones and he was starving. After being taken to a vet he was given fluids and tested positive for feline leukemia. The vet could not make any guarantee that he would survive. He was quarantined for thirty days and then retested. Not only did he survive but after being tested again was found to be negative for leukemia. Whiskers is now a happy and healthy cat. He has doubled his weight and has shown to be a fighter. He is a very sweet and loving boy that is most happy in your lap or sleeping beside you in the bed. He loves to cuddle and have his head rubbed and will loudly purr to show how happy he is. Whiskers has been around cats and likes their company he will make a great companion.
