Neko
Neko, “Ernie” (Ernestine), Tyke and Hugo are all two month old siblings. They were found nearly drowned, their fosters acted quickly and from bottle to bowl got to watch these kittens grow and develop into themselves. At their recent vet visit they got a clean bill of health and the vet was impressed by how well-behaved each kitten was.
Neko may be small, but she is mighty! The smallest of the bunch she sometimes is hesitant but warms up quickly to some rubs or a nice meal. When she first met the big dog in her foster home, she reacted fearfully (hissed and growled). She seems to be growing more comfortable each time their paths cross. Her fosters believe that she would come around with a well-behaved dog sibling, especially if she has one of her litter mates for company. Great with other cats.
Fun Fact: Neko learned to climb her way out of the playpen within a few days. A feat her siblings still struggle with. Lots of toes! She is polydactyl.
The ideal forever home for these wonderful kittens would have an endless supply of love and another pet for company (ideally a litter mate).
