When CARE took Miller in, his toenail was severely infected and the Veterinarian thought he would lose his toe. He was treated for a long while with medicine that healed his toe and he is now doing great! He's a 1-2 year old sweet faced tuxedo that is ready for someone to take him to his forever home.
