Maple

Maple is a sweet, silly, and slightly sassy little lady with a BIG personality! She is incredibly affectionate and loves being close to her people—whether that means curling up right on your chest for cuddles or following you around the house. If you have the audacity to go into a room without her, don’t worry… Maple will happily let you know from the other side of the door to remind you that she would like to be included. 

When she isn’t snuggling, Maple has a wonderfully playful side. She loves chasing feather toys with her foster and is just as happy entertaining herself with little toy mice. She also has a hilariously specific love of closets. She’ll happily hang out among the shoes, hide behind them, and occasionally pop out to surprise you.

She does well around children and can peacefully coexist with dogs who are respectful of her personal space. She has not yet been tested with other cats.

More than anything, Maple wants to be part of whatever her people are doing. She’s affectionate, playful, funny, and full of character—and she’s looking for a home where she can be someone’s little shadow (and, ideally, have access to a good closet or two).
