Lovey

Lovey is a sweet three year old female tortie who has a beautiful, short, sleek coat with very interesting markings on her face and chest. She was surely named as a reflection of her personality.
She was very shy when she first came to her new foster home but after a couple of weeks, she grew more comfortable and confident. Now she is definitely back to bing "lovey" kitty! She purrs happily when you pet her, rubs against legs, faces, arms ..... or whatever else is close to her. She meows rarely but instead makes cute, little, quiet, squeaky noises.
She definitely enjoys sleeping during the day (I think so she can cuddle in the evening). She loves being called by name and usually answers with one of her little squeaky noises as she jumps up for head and neck scratches. She enjoys napping on my lap in the recliner and likes to sleep on my bed or on the back of the recliner in my bedroom at night.
Lovey doesn't have any reported history of problems with children or dogs but we think she would probably do best in a quiet home with another cat about the same age as herself.
