Jeepers and Zoinks have had a hard start to life and are looking for a furever family that can spoil them and take care of their special needs. They were born in an alley to a stray mom who was probably just a kitten herself. Perhaps living on the streets and not getting as much food as she needed, both of her kittens were born with a congenital eye defect called microphthalmia, where their eyes did not fully develop. For Zoinks, it is only his left eye and his vision is fine, but for Jeepers it is both eyes, causing him to be completely blind. The lack of eyes does not cause any discomfort and should not require any special medical care. And despite their eye issues and their days living on the streets, they are both very sweet boys. While Zoinks is a little shy at first, he quickly warms up and is a purr machine. He loves pets and even belly rubs.

Because Jeepers is blind, he is still easily scared and will need a patient adopter who will work with him and get his confidence up. But once he realizes you are safe, he also loves pets and will purr up a storm. Jeepers also gets around fine; he uses the litter box, jumps on furniture, and chases toys. These boys are surprisingly calm for "teenagers;" they love to play, especially with a wand toy, but most of the day they just nap and chill. They are also very gentle -- no scratching or nipping like most kittens. Because they are still shy, they would do best in a quiet home. But if you're willing to give them some love and time, they will certainly blossom into cuddly lovebugs.

If interessted please submit an online application and an adoptoin coordinator will contact you.
