Gilda (Gilly) is a sweet, petite 2-month old kitten with a beautiful winter-gray coat with fashionable stripes. Gilda was turned in to the Henrico shelter with Gwendolyn; we believe they were found abandoned. Gilda has adapted well to the joys of being an indoor kitten. She lets you know she is hungry by sitting in her empty food bowl, and likes to keep an eye on things from whatever perch she can find - a kitchen chair (or your lap if you are in the chair), your shoulder, your knee, etc.
Gilda is a month younger than Gwendolyn, and smaller as well. Gilda is used to having Gwendolyn around to make the first move and she is still a bit skittish when it comes to loud noises and sudden movements. If Gilda and Gwendolyn are not adopted together, Gilda would do best going to a home with older children and adults who can show her the calm and patient love she needs to know she has found her safe furever family.
