Gwendolyn

Gwendolyn (Gwen) is an adventurous 3-month old kitten with beautiful white eyeliner, lynx-tipped ears, and a mini-mohawk. Gwendolyn was turned in to the Henrico shelter with Gilda; we believe they were found abandoned. Gwendolyn has adapted well to the joys of being an indoor kitten and plays with every kitten toy she can get her paws on. She also likes to silently yell for food and keep an eye on things from a kitchen chair. While she doesn’t enjoy being held (unless you’re wearing a shirt fresh from the dryer), she will burrow under a blanket or headbutt her way into the crook of your elbow for naptime snuggles.

Gwendolyn is a month older than Gilda, and bigger as well. She was most likely the “protector” while they were living outside, so she is still a bit skittish when it comes to loud noises and sudden movements. If Gwendolyn and Gilda are not adopted together, Gwendolyn would do best going to a home with older children and adults who can show her the calm and patient love she needs to know she has found her safe furever family.
